Hello! My name is Tom Schlick and I’m a freelance website developer based in Pittsburgh, PA. Being a developer I really don’t focus on making things pretty, I try but I’m terrible at design. I do however do my best to make sure that everything I code is fast, reliable, and most of all as secure as it possible can be. I currently work for a company called MyGov365, where I’m an applications engineer. We are working to create a platform that will bridge the communication gap between citizens and government.

The goal of this site is to give back to the community that has helped me so much. I took up learning how to develop websites about 6 years ago and have loved it ever since. None of it would have been possible without the generosity of the people all over the internet. I will be producing Tutorials, Screencasts and Articles about web development and linking to other articles that i find interesting. I also will be releasing code that I have used in my own projects that I have found to be useful.
